NLThe worst online shopping experience and by far the worst customer support! Received a complete wrong order. I have been in touch with customer support for over 2 months now and they just stopped responding all together. So I haven’t received items that I ordered, no refund, no more answers from customer support. I really don’t know what else to do than just start reviewing my experience - would give a 0 starts if I could! The worst online shopping experience so far!

GBMy rating is 4 stars due to the canvas… My rating is 4 stars due to the canvas and reference sheet's faint lines and numbers, which are tough to follow. Enhancing the print clarity could solve this issue.

NOAvoid. Despite being shipped over a month ago, I still haven't received my package. It appears to be perpetually in transit.

GBI wish I had read these reviews before… I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a paint by numbers kit over 2 months ago and still waiting for it to arrive. The website has navigation for contact us via socials, email, online chat etc. However none of it exists. Try it. The only way is a form which I have filled in 8 times now. It goes unanswered. Avoid as I am still trying to get my money back.

BEFradulent Website / SCAM I placed an order on their website on the 25th of May, as a birthday present (#12620 ) - after almost 2 months (+35 email exchanges) I am still trying to recieve my order. I paid over 100$ ; and did not recieve any refund or the order. THIS WEBSITE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, only Rose Mary from the US telling me they would follow up with the delivery partner (+/- 4 weeks ago) and still not update. Now they have compeltely stopped answering my emails. I will make sure to review this website on every corner of the internet to make sure other customers don't get scammed like I did.
