Scam Scam. Ordered a xmas present for my girlfriend over a month ago, did not receive anything. Not as much as an answere from Crafty either. Paid over 150 dollars. Absolute no shame this company.

Fradulent Website / SCAM I placed an order on their website on the 25th of May, as a birthday present (#12620 ) - after almost 2 months (+35 email exchanges) I am still trying to recieve my order. I paid over 100$ ; and did not recieve any refund or the order. THIS WEBSITE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, only Rose Mary from the US telling me they would follow up with the delivery partner (+/- 4 weeks ago) and still not update. Now they have compeltely stopped answering my emails. I will make sure to review this website on every corner of the internet to make sure other customers don't get scammed like I did.

I feel I was scammed by this company… I feel I was scammed by this company it’s been from february13 order date and no product and I can nut get them by phone or email beware of these crooks they have been paid and payment cleared my credit card Watch out or you may get scammed too

Terrible business Terrible business. I have contacted Crafty by numbers several times with no response. I had ordered additional paints, paid for them and never received them. Do not deal with this company.

I must be a lucky customer I ordered in late January and after seeing reviews on here I though oh well, won't see that money again. However my order arrived today and is good quality. The paint covers better than the cheap amazon paint by numbers, the canvas us better quality, it arrives rolled not folded, and the canvas print is shaded as well as numbered. This is an absolute genuine review and I was very surprised at what arrived, in a good way.
