Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid extra $35 for an expedited shipping the week of Valentines day to do this together with my wife. I sent an email to customer service when it didn't arrive on a promised date of 3-5 days (it took 2 fricken weeks). They didn't respond for few days and stated the package is now on its way. When I asked for refund, they denied my request saying it's part of the overall fee and they apologized for the delay and expected me to understand that during the busy season there are going to be delays. Then, WHY HAVE THAT AS AN OPTION? I feel like I've been scammed and they have not responded to my emails for over a week. I'm spreading this review everywhere to warn potential buyers to not buy from this company. It's absolutely horrible practice with delays, poor quality of product, and one of the worst customer service I've experienced.

DISCLAIMER: I found this out too late but the seller is just reselling from Alibaba so everything is coming from China and they are making massive profits. Don't buy from this place. You'll be stuck waiting forever and it's just not worth it. And they provide little to no communication from their side and won't give you a refund even though they have enough profits to do it for sure. Spread the word! This review probably won't be shown on their website they only show the high ones, wonder why.

Pleasantly suprised I was suggested this page by a friend, I bought without reading the reviews as I assumed my friend already had. Once I read the reviews I was upset and thought I’d have to claim the money back on my card as it was a scale. But I was delighted receive an updated tracking email saying my order was out for delivery and hours later it arrived. Quality matches the cost. And the companies communication was great. Would buy again.

I wish I had read these reviews before… I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a paint by numbers kit over 2 months ago and still waiting for it to arrive. The website has navigation for contact us via socials, email, online chat etc. However none of it exists. Try it. The only way is a form which I have filled in 8 times now. It goes unanswered. Avoid as I am still trying to get my money back.
