GBAbsolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid extra $35 for an expedited shipping the week of Valentines day to do this together with my wife. I sent an email to customer service when it didn't arrive on a promised date of 3-5 days (it took 2 fricken weeks). They didn't respond for few days and stated the package is now on its way. When I asked for refund, they denied my request saying it's part of the overall fee and they apologized for the delay and expected me to understand that during the busy season there are going to be delays. Then, WHY HAVE THAT AS AN OPTION? I feel like I've been scammed and they have not responded to my emails for over a week. I'm spreading this review everywhere to warn potential buyers to not buy from this company. It's absolutely horrible practice with delays, poor quality of product, and one of the worst customer service I've experienced.

IEReally disappointed with my order Really disappointed with my order. It came almost 3 weeks late, even after paying for fast delivery. I requested a refund well before it arrived but they didn't respond at all. After requesting again, they responded with a generic email that didn't actually respond to my request... They said it wasn't resellable but it's their most popular painting and not even opened so just overall - a poor service. Can't speak for the quality of the product as it hasn't been opened. Just wish I had the money back and went for one of their competitors. Will definitely next time.

GBMy rating is 4 stars due to the canvas… My rating is 4 stars due to the canvas and reference sheet's faint lines and numbers, which are tough to follow. Enhancing the print clarity could solve this issue.

GBI feel I was scammed by this company… I feel I was scammed by this company it’s been from february13 order date and no product and I can nut get them by phone or email beware of these crooks they have been paid and payment cleared my credit card Watch out or you may get scammed too

NLRidiculously bad quality of every part Ridiculously bad quality of paint and ‘professional’ extra bought brushed. Even after 4 layers of paint it’s not covered and extremely uneven. And I am a professional creative painter, but thought it would be a nice piece for relaxation. I ordered a 60x80 cm painting and a large easel was suggested. The easel is about 30 cm high… All in all a very expensive ridiculously bad purchase. Too bad I can’t add photos.
