I requested a refund well before it arrived but they didn't respond at all. After requesting again, they responded with a generic email that didn't actually respond to my request... They said it wasn't resellable but it's their most popular painting and not even opened so just overall - a poor service. Can't speak for the quality of the product as it hasn't been opened. Just wish I had the money back and went for one of their competitors. Will definitely next time.

Scam Scam. Ordered a xmas present for my girlfriend over a month ago, did not receive anything. Not as much as an answere from Crafty either. Paid over 150 dollars. Absolute no shame this company.

I must be a lucky customer I ordered in late January and after seeing reviews on here I though oh well, won't see that money again. However my order arrived today and is good quality. The paint covers better than the cheap amazon paint by numbers, the canvas us better quality, it arrives rolled not folded, and the canvas print is shaded as well as numbered. This is an absolute genuine review and I was very surprised at what arrived, in a good way.

Pleasantly suprised I was suggested this page by a friend, I bought without reading the reviews as I assumed my friend already had. Once I read the reviews I was upset and thought I’d have to claim the money back on my card as it was a scale. But I was delighted receive an updated tracking email saying my order was out for delivery and hours later it arrived. Quality matches the cost. And the companies communication was great. Would buy again.
