Terrible business Terrible business. I have contacted Crafty by numbers several times with no response. I had ordered additional paints, paid for them and never received them. Do not deal with this company.

I wish I had read these reviews before… I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a paint by numbers kit over 2 months ago and still waiting for it to arrive. The website has navigation for contact us via socials, email, online chat etc. However none of it exists. Try it. The only way is a form which I have filled in 8 times now. It goes unanswered. Avoid as I am still trying to get my money back.

Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid extra $35 for an expedited shipping the week of Valentines day to do this together with my wife. I sent an email to customer service when it didn't arrive on a promised date of 3-5 days (it took 2 fricken weeks). They didn't respond for few days and stated the package is now on its way. When I asked for refund, they denied my request saying it's part of the overall fee and they apologized for the delay and expected me to understand that during the busy season there are going to be delays. Then, WHY HAVE THAT AS AN OPTION? I feel like I've been scammed and they have not responded to my emails for over a week. I'm spreading this review everywhere to warn potential buyers to not buy from this company. It's absolutely horrible practice with delays, poor quality of product, and one of the worst customer service I've experienced.

The worst online shopping experience and by far the worst customer support! Received a complete wrong order. I have been in touch with customer support for over 2 months now and they just stopped responding all together. So I haven’t received items that I ordered, no refund, no more answers from customer support. I really don’t know what else to do than just start reviewing my experience - would give a 0 starts if I could! The worst online shopping experience so far!
