GBAbsolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid extra $35 for an expedited shipping the week of Valentines day to do this together with my wife. I sent an email to customer service when it didn't arrive on a promised date of 3-5 days (it took 2 fricken weeks). They didn't respond for few days and stated the package is now on its way. When I asked for refund, they denied my request saying it's part of the overall fee and they apologized for the delay and expected me to understand that during the busy season there are going to be delays. Then, WHY HAVE THAT AS AN OPTION? I feel like I've been scammed and they have not responded to my emails for over a week. I'm spreading this review everywhere to warn potential buyers to not buy from this company. It's absolutely horrible practice with delays, poor quality of product, and one of the worst customer service I've experienced.

BEFradulent Website / SCAM I placed an order on their website on the 25th of May, as a birthday present (#12620 ) - after almost 2 months (+35 email exchanges) I am still trying to recieve my order. I paid over 100$ ; and did not recieve any refund or the order. THIS WEBSITE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, only Rose Mary from the US telling me they would follow up with the delivery partner (+/- 4 weeks ago) and still not update. Now they have compeltely stopped answering my emails. I will make sure to review this website on every corner of the internet to make sure other customers don't get scammed like I did.

GBPaid for my order and it never arrived. Paid for my order and it never arrived - the estimated arrival date just keeps getting postponed. Wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering - don't deal with this company!

IEReally disappointed with my order Really disappointed with my order. It came almost 3 weeks late, even after paying for fast delivery. I requested a refund well before it arrived but they didn't respond at all. After requesting again, they responded with a generic email that didn't actually respond to my request... They said it wasn't resellable but it's their most popular painting and not even opened so just overall - a poor service. Can't speak for the quality of the product as it hasn't been opened. Just wish I had the money back and went for one of their competitors. Will definitely next time.

GBI must be a lucky customer I ordered in late January and after seeing reviews on here I though oh well, won't see that money again. However my order arrived today and is good quality. The paint covers better than the cheap amazon paint by numbers, the canvas us better quality, it arrives rolled not folded, and the canvas print is shaded as well as numbered. This is an absolute genuine review and I was very surprised at what arrived, in a good way.
