IEReally disappointed with my order Really disappointed with my order. It came almost 3 weeks late, even after paying for fast delivery. I requested a refund well before it arrived but they didn't respond at all. After requesting again, they responded with a generic email that didn't actually respond to my request... They said it wasn't resellable but it's their most popular painting and not even opened so just overall - a poor service. Can't speak for the quality of the product as it hasn't been opened. Just wish I had the money back and went for one of their competitors. Will definitely next time.

BEFradulent Website / SCAM I placed an order on their website on the 25th of May, as a birthday present (#12620 ) - after almost 2 months (+35 email exchanges) I am still trying to recieve my order. I paid over 100$ ; and did not recieve any refund or the order. THIS WEBSITE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, only Rose Mary from the US telling me they would follow up with the delivery partner (+/- 4 weeks ago) and still not update. Now they have compeltely stopped answering my emails. I will make sure to review this website on every corner of the internet to make sure other customers don't get scammed like I did.

NLRidiculously bad quality of every part Ridiculously bad quality of paint and ‘professional’ extra bought brushed. Even after 4 layers of paint it’s not covered and extremely uneven. And I am a professional creative painter, but thought it would be a nice piece for relaxation. I ordered a 60x80 cm painting and a large easel was suggested. The easel is about 30 cm high… All in all a very expensive ridiculously bad purchase. Too bad I can’t add photos.

NLThe worst online shopping experience and by far the worst customer support! Received a complete wrong order. I have been in touch with customer support for over 2 months now and they just stopped responding all together. So I haven’t received items that I ordered, no refund, no more answers from customer support. I really don’t know what else to do than just start reviewing my experience - would give a 0 starts if I could! The worst online shopping experience so far!
