Absolute trash, they should be ashamed Like so many other reviews I read, if I could give zero stars I would. I was so disappointed with this, because what they advertised looked fabulous. I sent a photo of my cat, who is a Siamese mix, and what I got back was basically a clip art Siamese. Coloring was wrong, eyes were wrong color. If i had wanted a generic Siamese I could have downloaded free clip art myself. Not even the background looked as interesting or well done as the ones in the ads. But the real disgrace is that the canvas frame was coming apart at two corners -- barely hanging on by tiny staples! And the canvas is sagging, so loose that it looks like someone jumped up and down on it. I realize now that this is one of those scam companies that takes art from other legit companies, and then sends you a cheap knock off. They probably had a stack of the exact same painting that I got, and whenever someone sends in a photo that looks a little Siamese, they pull this canvas. I should be glad it wasn't more expensive, because I would have payed it. I was so in love with what I saw in the ads, and I STILL want what I saw. Maybe I can track down the legit company they were ripping off and order from them.

Don’t do it. They get one star only because there is no option to leave zero. If you like disappointment, send me half the money you had planned to spend on this scam and in the long run you will be great full you saved 50%. The only similarity between the photo of my dog and the “painting” I received is that they are both dogs.

The art was great The art was great, but the framing was so cheap it fell apart when I was unboxing it. Wrote an email to the company, no response. I will probably go to Michael's and spend an extra $60.00 to fix it. It is a shame that a company that has such talented artists can send out such cheap crappy workmanship on the frame

Very good website with a wide selection… Very good website with a wide selection of art and good quality. The canvas paintings I purchased from their website are simply too beautiful to look away from.

Just received our portrait Just received our portrait. Love it! It did take some time to get but their customer service kept confirming that the portrait was on the way!! I stayed in contact with them and sometimes I wasn’t all that kind. I apologize for that. They were pleasant and professional.
