Absolute trash, they should be ashamed Like so many other reviews I read, if I could give zero stars I would. I was so disappointed with this, because what they advertised looked fabulous. I sent a photo of my cat, who is a Siamese mix, and what I got back was basically a clip art Siamese. Coloring was wrong, eyes were wrong color. If i had wanted a generic Siamese I could have downloaded free clip art myself. Not even the background looked as interesting or well done as the ones in the ads. But the real disgrace is that the canvas frame was coming apart at two corners -- barely hanging on by tiny staples! And the canvas is sagging, so loose that it looks like someone jumped up and down on it. I realize now that this is one of those scam companies that takes art from other legit companies, and then sends you a cheap knock off. They probably had a stack of the exact same painting that I got, and whenever someone sends in a photo that looks a little Siamese, they pull this canvas. I should be glad it wasn't more expensive, because I would have payed it. I was so in love with what I saw in the ads, and I STILL want what I saw. Maybe I can track down the legit company they were ripping off and order from them.

I received the canvas today.DONT I received the canvas today. It requires assembly and this was never mentioned. The image of the dog is NOT the image I uploaded of our pet. It is an obvious stamped on image of an apricot poodle with a collar on it from some image available anywhere. Our dog has never worn a collar in her life. This is a completely fraudulent company.

From the time I placed the order, the communication was awful and the pieces I received were junk. Already mentioned below were the tube with sticks in it with no instructions for assembly. The "painting" was terrible. I tried to contact them when the image was generated and only got an auto reply about being on vacation. Don't waste your time or money. This is ridiculous.

Don’t do it. They get one star only because there is no option to leave zero. If you like disappointment, send me half the money you had planned to spend on this scam and in the long run you will be great full you saved 50%. The only similarity between the photo of my dog and the “painting” I received is that they are both dogs.
