Quality, well made product. Originally ordered a size medium, but that was slightly big for my daughter. When I contacted Knife Merchant, they immediately sent out a size small with a label to return the original order! Excellent customer service that you don’t find much anymore. And, they didn’t beg for this review like so many companies do; I wrote this because they were great to deal with! I highly recommend The Knife Merchant!!

I appreciated receiving the item in time I appreciated receiving the item in time for Christmas. There wasn't much extra time to get my order shipped and it arrived across the US in time with the extra $5 shipping fee.

A+ customer service I had a glitch with the online checkout but only took one phone call to remedy. The knife I ordered was delivered in short order with an incredible finishing hone on it and was ready to go straight out of the box.
