I appreciated receiving the item in time I appreciated receiving the item in time for Christmas. There wasn't much extra time to get my order shipped and it arrived across the US in time with the extra $5 shipping fee.

Great Experience Great company to do business with. This was my first purchase from Knife Merchant and it won’t be my last. Quality products, great communication and fast delivery. Thank you!

A+ customer service I had a glitch with the online checkout but only took one phone call to remedy. The knife I ordered was delivered in short order with an incredible finishing hone on it and was ready to go straight out of the box. The knife was precisely as described in the online store and I could not be more pleased with the quality and attentive customer service. Will absolutely buy my future knives through them.
