Great Knives I've been a customer since the early 90's Used to be a chef in Las Vegas, now retired from professional cooking. I now only cook at home and back yard BBQ's. The Knife Merchant has all type of of cutleries and gadgets, This on-line knife shop is Da Best!!!

My package has not delivered My package has not delivered. It is over a week late. I have emailed customer service and gotten no response.

Took me 80 years to find the best ever paring Knife! My hands are small and I just can’t really use large knives. I have always used a paring knife for most everything in preparing food. Never found a really good one until I found yours that was recommended by Cooks Illustrated magazine. I bought 2 because if they recommend it, it will be good. They are marvelous. Thank You Thank You! I’m 80, but I’m still preparing daily mealls only because God has blessed me in so many ways.

No shipping info after 13 business days EDIT: RECEIVED MY ITEM and had a great customer service experience. Would definitely buy from here again! I haven't heard anything about the shipping of my knife (which is meant as a present) and even though it said international shipping would take between 5-10 business days, we are on 13 business days and I have yet to receive a tracking number or anything. Order ID: 151859 Purchased June 22nd I have emailed customer services yesterday but have not heard back.

Outstanding customer service and products… I would HIGHLY recommend The knife Merchant. These people spare no effort in providing excellent service to meet the unique needs of their customers. Staff were knowledgeable and clearly knew their products! They patiently answered all of my questions and went beyond what I had expected of them by doing research for me to find a knife that would best meet my needs.
