GBOutstanding customer service and products… I would HIGHLY recommend The knife Merchant. These people spare no effort in providing excellent service to meet the unique needs of their customers. Staff were knowledgeable and clearly knew their products! They patiently answered all of my questions and went beyond what I had expected of them by doing research for me to find a knife that would best meet my needs. These people are incredibly service oriented, I wish more would follow their lead. I would buy from no other company after my experience with folks at The Knife Merchant.
