Took me 80 years to find the best ever paring Knife! My hands are small and I just can’t really use large knives. I have always used a paring knife for most everything in preparing food. Never found a really good one until I found yours that was recommended by Cooks Illustrated magazine. I bought 2 because if they recommend it, it will be good. They are marvelous.
