GBI have not received my knife yet and I… I have not received my knife yet and I was trying to find out where it was in the shipping/delivery process. There is no visibility into this process. I would expect a Tracking Number but instead they direct me to download/install another app on my phone which I don't want to do. This is no "delivered by" date either. I would consider this a huge gap in overall customer service

GBBest clever ever Received my clever quicker then expected and it was beautiful. Came in a nice box and was really really sharp from the get go. Everyone is obsessing over it at work and have some envy. It’s perfect size for me too with having small hands for a female it fits perfectly. The balance is good and it’s a really strong knife. Feel very confident when using it, not overly intimidating.

GBWow! Wow! I bought the 6 piece Damascus Steak Knife set and couldn’t be more pleased. These knives are SHARP, visually stunning, and very well made! Great customer service, too. When I made the purchase, I selected the wrong shipping type and I really needed expedited shipping. I contacted their CS team via email to see if it was possible to change my shipping method, and they replied within a few hours letting me know that my shipment was being upgraded free of charge. Will definitely be purchasing more of these knives for both myself and as gifts.

GBNot as expected. The color is disappointing. The wood has a yellow/orange undertone and looks very different than the photo. The magnet is good in the center but knives fall off the edges. It was also not well packed and arrived with scratched corners. I think this is not worth the cost and I do not recommend.

GBIt was my fault..... I used my cleaver for the first time chopping a chicken with the bones still in. Wrong thing to do and, it says so on the website. (I missed that part) Anyway I significantly damaged my edge and emailed Knives Etc and admitted my dumbness. It doesn't hurt to ask so I did. "Is there anyway that I can get my knife replaced?" I received an email the next day that basically was shaking a finger at me (we told you on the website you cannot do that) and the message closed with a very kind, top notch customer service note that they would replace my knife and I pay shipping..!! What an awesome company..!!
