GBMAGNETIC KNIFE BOARD WORKS WELL The magnetic knife board works very well. Unlike other reviewers, I find it holds the knives very well. Their customer service is above excellent. I was amazed with my experience with them. The knives are nice quality, but I was disappointed in the edge they arrived with. To be fair, I’m comparing them to my Wusthof knives, but I thought they would have a better edge upon arrival.

GBThese knives are both beautiful and… These knives are both beautiful and wonderful to use. The customer service at Knives Etcetera is amazing. I have been very pleased with the many knives I have purchased for myself and others.

GBVery Disappointed in the quality of the steel! The good: Looks nice, good weight, well balanced. The Bad: After only 2 months of light use, dicing chicken breast and vegetables, the knife got a small chip in the blade. In comparison, my previous knife was a Mercer, that cost less than half of this one. In my over 10 years of using the Mercer, I Never got a single chip! Unfortunately, it's past the 30 day return window, so I am stuck with this poorly tempered knife. Knives Etcetera made it right by sending me a replacement knife.

GBThis is absolutely beautiful This is absolutely beautiful, brilliant and is more wonderful to use that could possibly be described but this - I gave as a gift the Chef's Knife - is a top product. It is really well-made, feels good to handle, is extremely proficient at all tasks so far and I look forward to learning how to care for it as me and my partner now share it because it's so great. Will be buying more in future for sure ! Great service also quick to deliver and great price and also the way it is packaged it perfect because to store and gift and yes. I would highly recommend.

GBIt was my fault..... I used my cleaver for the first time chopping a chicken with the bones still in. Wrong thing to do and, it says so on the website. (I missed that part) Anyway I significantly damaged my edge and emailed Knives Etc and admitted my dumbness. It doesn't hurt to ask so I did. "Is there anyway that I can get my knife replaced?" I received an email the next day that basically was shaking a finger at me (we told you on the website you cannot do that) and the message closed with a very kind, top notch customer service note that they would replace my knife and I pay shipping..!! What an awesome company..!!
