GBExcellent birthday gift & customer service Purchased a knife as a birthday gift for my brother and he loves it! He really enjoys cooking and says that the quality is awesome. The customer service was also super impressive. Despite the loss of inventory of the specific knife that I wanted, they reached out to me and offered to send a different kind of knife and then also gave me a partial refund and was just super responsive and understanding! GBMAGNETIC KNIFE BOARD WORKS WELL The magnetic knife board works very well. Unlike other reviewers, I find it holds the knives very well. Their customer service is above excellent. I was amazed with my experience with them. The knives are nice quality, but I was disappointed in the edge they arrived with. To be fair, I’m comparing them to my Wusthof knives, but I thought they would have a better edge upon arrival.
