Wife and I both love them I had an incident with the cleaver well using it a large chip came out of the edge of while using it I took photo of it and sent it in an email to customer service and within a week I had a new cleaver . This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced no questions asked they just replaced the cleaver. Great company to do Business with.

GBIt was my fault..... I used my cleaver for the first time chopping a chicken with the bones still in. Wrong thing to do and, it says so on the website. (I missed that part) Anyway I significantly damaged my edge and emailed Knives Etc and admitted my dumbness. It doesn't hurt to ask so I did. "Is there anyway that I can get my knife replaced?" I received an email the next day that basically was shaking a finger at me (we told you on the website you cannot do that) and the message closed with a very kind, top notch customer service note that they would replace my knife and I pay shipping..!! What an awesome company..!!

GBExcellent birthday gift & customer service Purchased a knife as a birthday gift for my brother and he loves it! He really enjoys cooking and says that the quality is awesome. The customer service was also super impressive. Despite the loss of inventory of the specific knife that I wanted, they reached out to me and offered to send a different kind of knife and then also gave me a partial refund and was just super responsive and understanding!
