GBIve owned these knives for a few years Ive owned these knives for a few years. I did something stupid and chopped a tomahawk bone with the clever which severely damaged the knife. I’m still not sure why or how this happened. It’s not a butchers clever, it’s a fine edged Damascus chopping clever. Anyway, I thought about this and wondered if it could be repaired, so I wrote the company. Within 48 hours a new clever was on the way. No charge. Above and beyond all expectations! Hard to find such wonderful organizations with wonderful people taking care of customers. Thank you!

GBWow! Wow! I bought the 6 piece Damascus Steak Knife set and couldn’t be more pleased. These knives are SHARP, visually stunning, and very well made! Great customer service, too. When I made the purchase, I selected the wrong shipping type and I really needed expedited shipping. I contacted their CS team via email to see if it was possible to change my shipping method, and they replied within a few hours letting me know that my shipment was being upgraded free of charge. Will definitely be purchasing more of these knives for both myself and as gifts.

GBHaving accepted a £30.00 increase (30%)… Having accepted a £30.00 increase (30%) I was also disappointed to find that a sharpener/case was no longer included either. I've now ended up buying a sharpening stone, so total spend £195.00. The knife is lovely but I should have been thrilled after spending £130. Instead I was a little disappointed.

GBThese knives are both beautiful and… These knives are both beautiful and wonderful to use. The customer service at Knives Etcetera is amazing. I have been very pleased with the many knives I have purchased for myself and others.

GBIt was my fault..... I used my cleaver for the first time chopping a chicken with the bones still in. Wrong thing to do and, it says so on the website. (I missed that part) Anyway I significantly damaged my edge and emailed Knives Etc and admitted my dumbness. It doesn't hurt to ask so I did. "Is there anyway that I can get my knife replaced?" I received an email the next day that basically was shaking a finger at me (we told you on the website you cannot do that) and the message closed with a very kind, top notch customer service note that they would replace my knife and I pay shipping..!! What an awesome company..!!
