GBI have not received my knife yet and I… I have not received my knife yet and I was trying to find out where it was in the shipping/delivery process. There is no visibility into this process. I would expect a Tracking Number but instead they direct me to download/install another app on my phone which I don't want to do. This is no "delivered by" date either. I would consider this a huge gap in overall customer service

GBHaving accepted a £30.00 increase (30%)… Having accepted a £30.00 increase (30%) I was also disappointed to find that a sharpener/case was no longer included either. I've now ended up buying a sharpening stone, so total spend £195.00. The knife is lovely but I should have been thrilled after spending £130. Instead I was a little disappointed.

GBBought the Wooden Knife Sheath Bought the Wooden Knife Sheath . Bought 6 for a set of steak knives. This is a must have to store the knives safely.

GBMy husband loves his knives My husband loves his knives. They are super sharp and gorgeous! Shipping was prompt and delivered on time. I had a question and customer service was amazing! Definitely recommend this company. I will be buying from here again.

GBMAGNETIC KNIFE BOARD WORKS WELL The magnetic knife board works very well. Unlike other reviewers, I find it holds the knives very well. Their customer service is above excellent. I was amazed with my experience with them. The knives are nice quality, but I was disappointed in the edge they arrived with. To be fair, I’m comparing them to my Wusthof knives, but I thought they would have a better edge upon arrival.
