MAGNETIC KNIFE BOARD WORKS WELL The magnetic knife board works very well. Unlike other reviewers, I find it holds the knives very well. Their customer service is above excellent. I was amazed with my experience with them. The knives are nice quality, but I was disappointed in the edge they arrived with. To be fair, I’m comparing them to my Wusthof knives, but I thought they would have a better edge upon arrival.

This is absolutely beautiful This is absolutely beautiful, brilliant and is more wonderful to use that could possibly be described but this - I gave as a gift the Chef's Knife - is a top product. It is really well-made, feels good to handle, is extremely proficient at all tasks so far and I look forward to learning how to care for it as me and my partner now share it because it's so great. Will be buying more in future for sure ! Great service also quick to deliver and great price and also the way it is packaged it perfect because to store and gift and yes. I would highly recommend.

Excellent birthday gift & customer service Purchased a knife as a birthday gift for my brother and he loves it! He really enjoys cooking and says that the quality is awesome. The customer service was also super impressive. Despite the loss of inventory of the specific knife that I wanted, they reached out to me and offered to send a different kind of knife and then also gave me a partial refund and was just super responsive and understanding! Great Company to do business with. I purchased the complete set of these knives about a year ago. Wife and I both love them I had an incident with the cleaver well using it a large chip came out of the edge of while using it I took photo of it and sent it in an email to customer service and within a week I had a new cleaver . This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced no questions asked they just replaced the cleaver. Great company to do Business with.
