Ive owned these knives for a few years Ive owned these knives for a few years. I did something stupid and chopped a tomahawk bone with the clever which severely damaged the knife. I’m still not sure why or how this happened. It’s not a butchers clever, it’s a fine edged Damascus chopping clever. Anyway, I thought about this and wondered if it could be repaired, so I wrote the company. Within 48 hours a new clever was on the way. No charge. Above and beyond all expectations! Hard to find such wonderful organizations with wonderful people taking care of customers. Thank you!

Excellent birthday gift & customer service Purchased a knife as a birthday gift for my brother and he loves it! He really enjoys cooking and says that the quality is awesome. The customer service was also super impressive. Despite the loss of inventory of the specific knife that I wanted, they reached out to me and offered to send a different kind of knife and then also gave me a partial refund and was just super responsive and understanding! Quality of steel is good Quality of steel is good, the serrated blade is extremely sharp and cuts through thick crust like butter. Although the steel being damascus is questionable not sure if it is etched or laser. The tang passes the wood handle so there is a sharp edge by the fingers. The wood handle’s are very nice. Overall for the price it is a really nice knife for cutting bread.
