The customer service was also super impressive. Despite the loss of inventory of the specific knife that I wanted, they reached out to me and offered to send a different kind of knife and then also gave me a partial refund and was just super responsive and understanding! GBThis is absolutely beautiful This is absolutely beautiful, brilliant and is more wonderful to use that could possibly be described but this - I gave as a gift the Chef's Knife - is a top product. It is really well-made, feels good to handle, is extremely proficient at all tasks so far and I look forward to learning how to care for it as me and my partner now share it because it's so great. Will be buying more in future for sure ! Great service also quick to deliver and great price and also the way it is packaged it perfect because to store and gift and yes. I would highly recommend.
