When I made the purchase, I selected the wrong shipping type and I really needed expedited shipping. I contacted their CS team via email to see if it was possible to change my shipping method, and they replied within a few hours letting me know that my shipment was being upgraded free of charge. Will definitely be purchasing more of these knives for both myself and as gifts.
