Excellent Product… After many years of purchasing salt and pepper grinders and being unable to get a decent set that did the job, we bought a set from Cole and Mason. It is truly excellent, very well made and works brilliantly. Worth paying the extra money for quality!

Great set of mills for just the cost of delivery. I saw the salt & pepper mills on the website, listed as £0.00. I thought there might be some mistake but went ahead with the purchase, half expecting an email stating there was an error on the listing, but I never got one. They were delivered a couple of days later. Delivery was £4.95 so that was all I had to pay for a great set of salt & pepper mills.

Customer Service is second to none. The Customer Service is second to none. I was aware of the mechanism guarantee provided by Cole and Mason and when the base of my pepper grinder snapped, I contacted them with some photographs. I emailed on a Sunday and they got back first thing Monday to say they would look into my issue. Next day I received another email saying my claim was valid and I could expect a replacement within 28 days. 2 days later the Postie was at our door with a new grinder! Hats off to Customer Service, a refreshing attitude.
