I am an interior designer I am an interior designer. I order bedding for clients all the time and love dressing and styling beds. These pillows are fantastic. Unless properly manufactured, the down can come with a bad smell. These were all perfect and bed ready. And the outer shell is made of great fabric. I highly recommend these to you and will to all my clients.

Although the quality is great Although the quality is great, U did not receive my entire order, apparently it was out of stock which was nit the case when I ordered, that was my only disappointment Per your reply. You stated you supplied me with a different color, this is false, no other color was substituted.

Umm… Ordered a set of pillowcases which were on sale. After about 10 days USPS rang my door for a postage-due package. I refused, and no refund was issued until I emailed customer service. Response was “that’s a first” and amount was refunded.

Incredible buy!!! I had never heard of Ameridown so I was a little skeptical about purchasing at first, but they had the best deal I could find on a beautiful high quality fur blanket, and I'm thrilled that I bought it! It arrived only TWO days after buying, and the quality is just unbelievable. A rich, lush piece that looks far more expensive than it was. So pleased!!!

Customer Service Issues (no working email or phone number) I placed two orders, one was confirmed shipped. The other there has been no updates, even when I look on the website. I tried emailing three times, the emails bounced back (email invalid). I even tried calling over three times, no answer at 11:20 am, not even the lunch hour. My order is #9019. Perhaps leaving this review will get some sort of help. Especially since I paid already. Please call the number at TrustPilot to reach someone about your order.
