They listen and follow instructions I ordered the pillow, then went on a trip, a last minute decision. Per my instructions, you held delivery until I returned. You also kept me informed about my order and answered promptly my questions.

No response from customer service email. Tried to contact customer service. Sent several emails. Never got a response. The duvet is great quality though. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and hoping to get that situation fixed I emailed the customer service but no response. 2 starts simply because the duvet I did receive was great but clearly customer service is not a focus here.

Umm… Ordered a set of pillowcases which were on sale. After about 10 days USPS rang my door for a postage-due package. I refused, and no refund was issued until I emailed customer service. Response was “that’s a first” and amount was refunded.

The comforter is great The comforter is great. I ordered the medium weight, and probably should have gotten the lightweight. Still, it is really nice and my husband really likes it. His legs never get cold anymore.

Customer Service Issues (no working email or phone number) I placed two orders, one was confirmed shipped. The other there has been no updates, even when I look on the website. I tried emailing three times, the emails bounced back (email invalid). I even tried calling over three times, no answer at 11:20 am, not even the lunch hour. My order is #9019. Perhaps leaving this review will get some sort of help. Especially since I paid already. Please call the number at TrustPilot to reach someone about your order.
