No response from customer service email. Tried to contact customer service. Sent several emails. Never got a response. The duvet is great quality though. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and hoping to get that situation fixed I emailed the customer service but no response. 2 starts simply because the duvet I did receive was great but clearly customer service is not a focus here.

Customer Service Issues (no working email or phone number) I placed two orders, one was confirmed shipped. The other there has been no updates, even when I look on the website. I tried emailing three times, the emails bounced back (email invalid). I even tried calling over three times, no answer at 11:20 am, not even the lunch hour. My order is #9019. Perhaps leaving this review will get some sort of help. Especially since I paid already. Please call the number at TrustPilot to reach someone about your order.

Highly Recommend!! My beautiful king sized down comforter arrived quickly and was exactly as described. I had to wait to use it because I hadn't received my new mattress, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The comforter is beautifully constructed and the perfect weight to sleep under. I am so glad to have found this company and this product. Highly Recommend!!

The comforter is great The comforter is great. I ordered the medium weight, and probably should have gotten the lightweight. Still, it is really nice and my husband really likes it. His legs never get cold anymore.

Wonderful customer service Wonderful customer service! I ordered two deep pocket fitted sheets but I received two sets of standard sheets. The customer service quickly responded. They asked me keep the sheets and mailed me the right ones right away. I received my purchase next day. I was delighted.
