Customer Service Issues (no working email or phone number) I placed two orders, one was confirmed shipped. The other there has been no updates, even when I look on the website. I tried emailing three times, the emails bounced back (email invalid). I even tried calling over three times, no answer at 11:20 am, not even the lunch hour. My order is #9019.
