GBCustomer Service Issues (no working email or phone number) I placed two orders, one was confirmed shipped. The other there has been no updates, even when I look on the website. I tried emailing three times, the emails bounced back (email invalid). I even tried calling over three times, no answer at 11:20 am, not even the lunch hour. My order is #9019. Perhaps leaving this review will get some sort of help. Especially since I paid already. Please call the number at TrustPilot to reach someone about your order.

GBAlthough the quality is great Although the quality is great, U did not receive my entire order, apparently it was out of stock which was nit the case when I ordered, that was my only disappointment Per your reply. You stated you supplied me with a different color, this is false, no other color was substituted.

GBWonderful customer service Wonderful customer service! I ordered two deep pocket fitted sheets but I received two sets of standard sheets. The customer service quickly responded. They asked me keep the sheets and mailed me the right ones right away. I received my purchase next day. I was delighted.
Prefer USA made
GBDuvet cover not made in USA but refund made quickly I was very disappointed to find that the duvet cover I received was made in China rather than the USA. Its page did not state where it was made, so it was my fault for not inquiring further, but I'd originally planned to purchase sheets made in USA, but then decided to get the duvet cover instead, and didn't notice that it did not also say Made in USA. I returned the duvet cover the day I received it, and the refund was processed very quickly. Please clearly mark each product's page with its manufacturing location.
