My carpet order got lost in the system... My carpet order somehow got lost in the system and so it was quite delayed in shipping. It was really hard to get in touch with the company but eventually my phone call went through after a couple weeks of emails/messaging through the portal. The carpet arrived though and is good!

I am very impressed with the quality of these tiles! I am very impressed with the quality of packing these special tiles for shipment. The single box of tile was protected within a larger box that was filled with a sufficient amount of packing peanuts. Not a single tile arrived broken. And, the tiles arrived within a week of ordering. At the least expensive price per box and shipping cost that I could find for these unique tiles that were needed to complete my project.

I had a very good experience I had a very good experience. The only down side was the product I originally selected, which showed as available on the site, was in fact, not available. But they assisted in locating an alternate, which worked out and was easily swapped with no headaches. So, overall, it was a good experience!

Great selection with reasonable prices I have bought several carpets from C&T Mart. They have a great selection and reasonable prices. One was a special order and the staff was very helpful. Most of my orders have been done on-line with the carpets delivered within a week. I have been very happy with all of my purchases.

Very pleased with the area carpets… Very pleased with the area carpets received, they have met expectations. Still waiting for the remaining part of the order.
