But they assisted in locating an alternate, which worked out and was easily swapped with no headaches. So, overall, it was a good experience!

Constantly need to check the status of… Constantly need to check the status of the order. These guys are unable to deliver a product. Constant excuses. Now the shipment is “returning to sender” because if “incomplete address”. Don’t waste your time, there are thousands if carpet sellers out there. Search somewhere else.

I am very impressed with the quality of these tiles! I am very impressed with the quality of packing these special tiles for shipment. The single box of tile was protected within a larger box that was filled with a sufficient amount of packing peanuts. Not a single tile arrived broken. And, the tiles arrived within a week of ordering. At the least expensive price per box and shipping cost that I could find for these unique tiles that were needed to complete my project.
