GBThe rug is excellent quality The rug is excellent quality. However, the Fed Ex driver left it by our mailbox on a fairly busy highway. We are 77 years old and my husband has one arm amputated. Our mailbox is approximately 200 feet from our front porch. This made it difficult for us. We never have had that to happen. Whether Amazon or any other delivery truck, our purchases are always delivered to our door. This driver must have been too lazy. I realize this wasn’t your fault.

GBMy carpet order got lost in the system... My carpet order somehow got lost in the system and so it was quite delayed in shipping. It was really hard to get in touch with the company but eventually my phone call went through after a couple weeks of emails/messaging through the portal. The carpet arrived though and is good!

GBExcellent service and quality Two questions were answered promptly when asked through the website. The custom-sized carpet runner was delivered within a few days. It appears to be of good quality.

GBSecond time shopping here! I stumbled up this shop a couple years ago when looking for a Magnolia brand rug. Pricing, ordering and shipping were exceptional. Last week I once again decided to add an area rug to our home. I ordered another Magnolia brand rug. I received timely updates of my order and arrival of my rug within a week. It was delivered on an incredibly rainy day and therefore outside for about 30minutes until I could get it inside. It was wrapped so well that it stayed completely dry. Unrolled and ready to go. I absolutely love it.

GBBuy with caution I special ordered the mountain retreat series tropical sea mosaic tile from a local dealer/storefront but it took awhile to arrive. My contractor miscalculated the amount needed and we were short about a sheet and a half. I searched online to see if I could order somewhere with fast shipping so that I could have my project completed quickly.I was thrilled to discover I could order it here and get it quickly! I did receive my order within a few days, which was the only positive about ordering from here. Unfortunately both sheets had chips, scratches and cracks throughout and for $25 a sheet, I would expect beautiful tile. I sent an email with pictures to the email listed for customer service with no response. I then followed up with a phone call and was redirected to their online ordering department where I left a message, also with no response. Absolutely horrible customer service because there isn’t any. They were happy to take my $50 for a damaged product but not even willing to acknowledge my dilemma through any of the communication sources they provided at the time of order. I have no means to replace my tile or find a resolution.
