I am very impressed with the quality of these tiles! I am very impressed with the quality of packing these special tiles for shipment. The single box of tile was protected within a larger box that was filled with a sufficient amount of packing peanuts. Not a single tile arrived broken. And, the tiles arrived within a week of ordering. At the least expensive price per box and shipping cost that I could find for these unique tiles that were needed to complete my project.

Outstanding service. From the beginning, Jeff Fitzpatrick was very helpful, very responsive, very personable, and very thorough. I ordered a tile which needed to be to me by a certain date. He kept tabs for me, and assured me it would be available. When it was one day later than we expected, we recieved outstanding service from Aiden (Jeff was off that day). As soon as the truck delivered the tile, Aiden dispatched a truck to us so that we would keep our project running. To me, this was way above and beyond. Thank You to Carpet and Tile Mart!

Extremely long shipping time Ordered a carpet sample on 2/25 that was not free. Shipping label just created on 3/3 - full week later. If it takes this long to get a sample, I’m dreading how long my order would take. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Excellent service and quality Two questions were answered promptly when asked through the website. The custom-sized carpet runner was delivered within a few days. It appears to be of good quality.

Buy with caution I special ordered the mountain retreat series tropical sea mosaic tile from a local dealer/storefront but it took awhile to arrive. My contractor miscalculated the amount needed and we were short about a sheet and a half. I searched online to see if I could order somewhere with fast shipping so that I could have my project completed quickly.I was thrilled to discover I could order it here and get it quickly! I did receive my order within a few days, which was the only positive about ordering from here. Unfortunately both sheets had chips, scratches and cracks throughout and for $25 a sheet, I would expect beautiful tile. I sent an email with pictures to the email listed for customer service with no response. I then followed up with a phone call and was redirected to their online ordering department where I left a message, also with no response. Absolutely horrible customer service because there isn’t any. They were happy to take my $50 for a damaged product but not even willing to acknowledge my dilemma through any of the communication sources they provided at the time of order. I have no means to replace my tile or find a resolution.
