Good price and service Our rugs were shipped in a pretty timely manner and came in as expected. They were shipped from different places and came at different times. We used the Chat function to get more detailed status updates between the different rugs. It was accurate and courteous. The only slightly negative thing was the online status lagged the actual shipping status by a few days.

Beautiful high quality rug! The website was easy to navigate, images were realistic representation of the product. We LOVE our area rug in our newly renovated coastal design space. We ordered and returned about 5 rugs from Amazon that just looked poorly made or didn’t look like the image. We decided to spend a little more money for a high quality rug. Worth every Penny!

Great Experience! This is my second purchase at C & T Mart and I am more than satisfied with my buying experience. Customer service is responsive and helpful. The rug was cheaper than any other retailer and came with a free rug pad. Shipping was super fast. I ordered on June 19th and FEDEX was knocking on my door on the 22nd. I am already browsing their inventory for another rug purchase.

Outstanding service. From the beginning, Jeff Fitzpatrick was very helpful, very responsive, very personable, and very thorough. I ordered a tile which needed to be to me by a certain date. He kept tabs for me, and assured me it would be available. When it was one day later than we expected, we recieved outstanding service from Aiden (Jeff was off that day). As soon as the truck delivered the tile, Aiden dispatched a truck to us so that we would keep our project running. To me, this was way above and beyond. Thank You to Carpet and Tile Mart!
