About imarku

iMarku knives have manufacturing units based out of Japan. Our CEO, Mr. Mark Liu had started around a decade back. The story dates back to when one of his friends Bolton had a pretty frustrating time looking for a perfect chef knife. That is when he made up his mind to create something to make good knives. He had started young, went to Japan to learn more about Japanese art and culture to start making these Japanese knives. He had initially chalked out a 5-year plan, but things initially did not turn out as planned. He almost felt like quitting, but his girlfriend named iMarku kept on inspiring him to keep going. And that is how the brand came to be known as iMarku. Today iMarku has come a long way from making a single chef knife to an amazing range of world-class knives, prep tools, and cookware. And the story of our growth continues. We are only growing with bigger and greater plans of expansion.

We ordered a set of knifes from the… We ordered a set of knifes from the Company website. Order status was communicated well and quick. Shipment arrived as planned. The knifes and block are good quality. We had an issue with a knifes handle having tool marks. We contacted Imarku and quickly resolved the issue with their friendly customer service. A new knife was sent and everything is great.

A Delighted Customer Initially my knife set arrived with a block that was damaged in shipping. However, Imarku promptly shipped a new replacement block via 3-day Priority Mail, and even threw in a free knife sharpener with it. I'm a delighted customer now! The knives are high quality and razor sharp out-of-the-box. The cast iron nonstick 3-pan fry pan set is of excellent quality too!

Highly recommend! Very happy with my German cutlery set. My knife set was wooden and I, unfortunately, received a chipped steak knife. However, Imarku took no time in making things right and sent me a steak knife replacement that I received in 2 days. Their customer service has been exceptional and I’m so happy with my knife set! Highly recommend!

I recently placed an order that was… I recently placed an order that was lost. The company made good on getting it to me before Christmas, even thouoh I contacted them just 5 days before. Top notch customer service and my husband is excited to try his new knife.
