Unreliable service I have booked 6 cleanings through Handy so far because of a package I purchased. Handy changes the cleaner without notice, often several times before cleaning appointment. I have had 2 “no shows” and 3 cleaners arrive late. After no shows, it randomly reassigns the date and then you have to be the one to “change” the booking after that, so it looks like you’re the one changing the appointment.

Marcus arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He did very good work and competed the work within the time allotted. He cleaned up after he was done. -

The young woman was great The young woman was great. I couldn’t find my kettle two days later and she responded with the location immediately. (it was literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE but I kept looking in hidden nooks). She realized from my dishes that I must like tea so she left it out on counter top for me. I am so used to other cleaners “hiding “ my stuff, it never occurred to me to look where I use it.

I am stunned that this company gets… I am stunned that this company gets positive reviews. They don't vet their contractors and do not allow them to provide estimates up front. You essentially have to "self-estimate" and get charged a flat rate. We needed plumbing services to unclog some pipes (~2 hours of work minimum). The tech came about 1 hour late, wreaking of alcohol, and spent about 10 minutes looking at the problem only to tell us "we need a professional". To make matters worse, the tech asked my wife if "her grandchildren" clogged the pipes. We aren't even of the age to have grandchildren. Needless to say, my wife was deeply insulted. We essentially paid $200 for a job that wasn't even attempted. The plumber Handy sent out probably wasn't even licensed. If that wasn't bad enough, Handy refused to process a refund, offering a $35 credit to our account for the next "service". Run, don't walk, away from this company. It's a complete scam.

You didn’t tell me you sent a different… Handy sent a different person to my property than who they booked with me. He was not who I was expecting. Extremely unprofessional and poor business practices.. Handy you’re not understanding. I placed my order and a pro picked up the order. The Pro which you vent confirmed the appointment and somebody else showed up at my property. Has nothing to do with my personal choice of picking a pro.
