USUnreliable service I have booked 6 cleanings through Handy so far because of a package I purchased. Handy changes the cleaner without notice, often several times before cleaning appointment. I have had 2 “no shows” and 3 cleaners arrive late. After no shows, it randomly reassigns the date and then you have to be the one to “change” the booking after that, so it looks like you’re the one changing the appointment.
