USThe young woman was great The young woman was great. I couldn’t find my kettle two days later and she responded with the location immediately. (it was literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE but I kept looking in hidden nooks). She realized from my dishes that I must like tea so she left it out on counter top for me. I am so used to other cleaners “hiding “ my stuff, it never occurred to me to look where I use it.
