Don't believe what they advertise as… Don't believe what they advertise as far as discount go, such as Medicare. It's just a tool to get a foot in the door. There was no mention of any kind discount, especially, medicare. I ended up paying $22000. So far I have no complaint about the installation or product reliability. I had thought the price should have been in the area $15000.

Buy American Standard Walk in shower is better than expected, totally professional crew friendly and courteous and cleaned up after completion. American Standard truly holds a high standard in their products and installation. Can't say enough about it. A excellent experience A+++

What a disappointment The company withdrew more money than owed or approved. Tub was installed in July by September tub leaking causing damage to my ceiling and walls. Reported this on 09/09 AS returned call 09/11 Did not hear from AS again until 9/17 It is now October my ceiling and walls are still damaged I called 10/02 only to be told someone would contact me. We should be able to do minus stars

We recommend American Standard! I was very comfortable with the American Standard sales rep. He was knowledgeable, with a background that created confidence that he knew what he was talking about. Scheduling was timely, within 2 weeks of when we met with sales. The installation team was amazing. They showed up on time, prepared for the job, and were very respectful of our house and property. When they ran into an issue (old houses frequently have issues), they came up with a plan and executed it. The finished product is very pleasing, exactly what we wanted and better than expected. Overall, we were pleased with American Standard from start to finish. They were not our least expensive option, but they were definitely a good choice.

Good product Good product. Enjoying. If you want full tub all at once make sure you have large capacity water heater… but once jets go, water maintains temp. Company stands behind product and installation personnel. Personal professional and knowledgeable. Installer and electrical personnel efficient and neatly complete. Shelf might be better on back side, to avoid getting wet. We enjoy movable shower head extra safety bars..
