This is a remarkable company that does quality work! My experience was incredible. A few changes on when they were arriving; but that was because the product hadn’t arrived in time. When they came, they were professional, and very good at their job. I had both bathrooms done, and even had a tub taken out. I wanted walk-in showers because I’m getting old and needed safety bars. I thank them and their staff for incredible new showers! Frank is incredible at his job and Matt did a super job on my second shower.

Our tub was everything we hoped Our tub was everything we hoped, and more. We were surprised that we ended up having to replace our 40-gallon water heater with a more adequate 50-gallon water heater. That subject would have been handled better if it had been broached during the sales process. My only other gripe is that the bottom-most horizontal panel keeps flopping open, as the magnets don’t seem to be enough to keep it closed.

What a disappointment The company withdrew more money than owed or approved. Tub was installed in July by September tub leaking causing damage to my ceiling and walls. Reported this on 09/09 AS returned call 09/11 Did not hear from AS again until 9/17 It is now October my ceiling and walls are still damaged I called 10/02 only to be told someone would contact me. We should be able to do minus stars

Poor response The company’s reply to my original post was “ We are very sorry to hear this has been your experience, Lawrence. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team at 855-225-2183 so they can help sort it out for you.”. I’ve been calling that number for over two weeks and get the run around. They say a contractor will call with 24 hours or that the person handling my warranty claim will call me but it never happens. This is a company that doesn’t live up to its warranty and sales claims.

We recommend American Standard! I was very comfortable with the American Standard sales rep. He was knowledgeable, with a background that created confidence that he knew what he was talking about. Scheduling was timely, within 2 weeks of when we met with sales. The installation team was amazing. They showed up on time, prepared for the job, and were very respectful of our house and property. When they ran into an issue (old houses frequently have issues), they came up with a plan and executed it. The finished product is very pleasing, exactly what we wanted and better than expected. Overall, we were pleased with American Standard from start to finish. They were not our least expensive option, but they were definitely a good choice.
