Greatly Satisfied We learned there is no product comparable with American Standard Walk-In Tubs. Our sales rep is personable and knowledgeable. We were confident when we signed our contract. The installation timeline was as expected. The installation team was excellent. We have had our tub about a month and we are enjoying it and benefiting from it. My husband always preferred showers until now. Added bonus--our cats love to play on the tub (when not in use, of course). Very cute!

So nice once it was finally done. The install was late being done but once done it was beautiful and we have enjoyed it. On the sad part it was not fully paint ready as you can see the circles in the ceiling where the electrician made the holes to run the power for the tub and the the toilet chain keeps hanging up causing the toilet to run and waste water. Also the new vanity that was installed after needing to remove the old one to get the new tub in has a cracked sink and the free return date is running out and the caulking around it was poorly installed. sadly the repair man has been to busy to come by.

Great salesman Great salesman. Explained everything thoroughly of exactly what we needed. Very good cost and install by the men who did it. Well worth the price and materials, versus what I could have purchased and repaired or installed myself. Plus, the installer does not use your typical green board water proof sheet rock. He uses actual particle board, (plywood substitute), so there's no need to find wall studs if you needed to put extra safety wall handles. Whatever you order, is exactly what you wanted and/or needed. The greatest thing, however, is if you had to sell your home....the lifetime warranty is transferable to the new owner. That's a great plus. Thanks, you guys!

Having the converse was not taken… Having the converse was not taken lightly.Both my wife and I are both in our mid seventies and possibility of falling getting out of our bath tub weighted heavily. Over the year experience different faucets and find America Standard set a standard I could rely on. Keeping that in the walking was our choice. THANk yOU

The jetted/heated tub The equipment, the installers were on time, clean & efficient and completed the job in just 1 day. The price was about 1/3rd less than another company I got a bid from. The American Standard product will heat the water where the other product did not. The American Standard salesperson gave me his phone number where I could call him directly, which I used, and he was there to answer my questions.
