Great so far I bought my Empava cooktop online and it was delivered sooner than expected, so that was great. The installation was quite easy too. I basically took my old cooktop out and dropped in the new one. I did have to reuse my old gas line adapter for the gas hose connection. The Empava looks nice and started up great! I’ve only had it for a week so I don’t know how durable it’s going to be long term.

Terrible customer service I bought an Empava 36” induction cooktop. It worked decent but started malfunctioning 1 month out of warranty. My first call I was able to speak to a support rep who had me email proof of purchase and a video of the problem. Since then I received 2 very vague emails on parts that I need and it almost seems like a scam the way I was told to order the parts. I have called countless times with no answer and left several messages with no return call. I would not recommend due to this being the worst customer service I have dealt with. I have recently started a kitchen and bath remodeling business and guess what brand I will not be recommending. Update!! Since writing this review I was contacted by Empava customer service and they sent the parts I needed free of charge.

Bought a 2 burner induction cooktop Bought a 2 burner induction cooktop. Bought it over a year ago and just recently installed it in a new addition to home. Worked for about 3 days. Right burner worked fine. Left burner non-functional. Customer support chatbot(?) was initially very difficult to work with (as all chatbots are). Had much better luck once I was able to get through to a actual person. They agreed that unit was not working as it should and worked with me to get it replaced. Looking forward to getting a replacement. Have a 24 inch Empava wall oven that works like a charm so am looking forward to getting the matching cooktop replaced.

Someone finally called and listened to… Someone finally called and listened to me about FedEx deliveries. The FedEx driver service guy is a scary rude man. I don’t want him on my property and I appreciate that your company is re-shipping my oven with UPS. Thank you very much.

The stovetop is fabulous The stovetop is wonderful. It looks clean, contemporary and is easy to use. It was a money well spent. We did have a delivery issue when the first one arrived shattered. Not sure if more styrofoam would have helped as it looked like the deliverers might have stepped on box. Empava customer service was wonderful and a replacement unit was shipped right away.
