Cross your fingers and hope you get your order!! Communication with your customers is terrible. I made a purchase in late December and paid extra for expedited shipping. Today is January 15th and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out via email numerous times requesting the status with no reply. This is bad business.

My order arrived in a timely manner… My order arrived in a timely manner (especially with the Covid-19 issue). The filters fit in my Kitchen-Aid refrigerator just like the original one does and the water taste great! These filters were about half the price of the ones from Kitchen-Aid. I am very happy with them and will continue to use them.

Best price on multipack of water filters This is my 2nd time ordering water filters for my Whirlpool fridge from this site. The filters arrived very quickly. The price and quality is excellent. Why pay the same price for only 1 name brand filter when you can get 3 of the same quality filter by ordering from Filterswell?? I only order from Filterswell now!!

This is the second time I have ordered… This is the second time I have ordered filters for our Whirlpool refrigerator. Ordered a three pack initially (18 months ago) and a four pack this time around. Did not see any appreciable difference from the OEM filters but they are 65% less expensive.
