I ordered 3 fridge filters on 1/3/2024… I ordered 3 fridge filters on 1/3/2024 and sent 2 emails asking for arrival dates and have received NOTHING except, "How are we doing". You tell me how you are doing! Unsatisfied customer. Mike

Best price on multipack of water filters This is my 2nd time ordering water filters for my Whirlpool fridge from this site. The filters arrived very quickly. The price and quality is excellent. Why pay the same price for only 1 name brand filter when you can get 3 of the same quality filter by ordering from Filterswell?? I only order from Filterswell now!!

No Response on Returns No Response on Returns These filters would not work for me so, per the return policy on their website, I emailed to request a RMA. The website states they would reply "within approximately 24 business hours". It's now been a week and I've followed up with two more without a response. I noticed today that the hotlink attached to that email address on their website actually goes to another company (Allfilters), so I'm not sure what's the deal here.

Five Stars for now Price is right. Ordering is easy. Delivering time reasonable. Communication from seller during the whole process was excellent. Five stars. Ordered these for reserve. When time to replace and it fits and works fine, Ten Stars.
