I ordered a filter over a week ago I ordered a filter over a week ago. I have not received any e-mail about when the item will be shipped, and have not received any response to my two e0mail requests about the shipping and date of delivery.

Good alternative to OEM filter I came across this low cost alternative filter to the OEM brand. Ordering was great and received earlier than expected. They look identical to the OEM filter but I haven’t installed them yet. Hope it works great and if it does I will be a repeat customer.

Best price on multipack of water filters This is my 2nd time ordering water filters for my Whirlpool fridge from this site. The filters arrived very quickly. The price and quality is excellent. Why pay the same price for only 1 name brand filter when you can get 3 of the same quality filter by ordering from Filterswell?? I only order from Filterswell now!!

Late and incomplete Only 2 of the four filters I ordered have been received and the partial order was sent to us 2 weeks later than expected. We have emailed and tried the chat with no response
