One of them is either defective or they all are, but didn't want to use a 2nd filter hoping to return the lot. End of the day, a good seal isn't created, fridge leaks, and creates voids in the line. Placed the old filter back and issues disappear. Several emails and calls made to them, to no avail.

This is the second time I have ordered… This is the second time I have ordered filters for our Whirlpool refrigerator. Ordered a three pack initially (18 months ago) and a four pack this time around. Did not see any appreciable difference from the OEM filters but they are 65% less expensive.

Advertised as an NSF Advertised as an NSF, IAMPO and one more tested product and it is not. Won’t use the filters until proof that the filters are indeed certified as advertised.

Late and incomplete Only 2 of the four filters I ordered have been received and the partial order was sent to us 2 weeks later than expected. We have emailed and tried the chat with no response
