5-star Customer Service! I ordered an upscale toilet seat, and it is exactly what we had in mind for our bathroom project. However, one of the hinges had a slight loose feel about it, and I notified Faucet Town of the possible problem. Faucet Town asked for specifics, and a picture of the hinge in question. Without any hesitation, Faucet Town ordered a replacement part from the manufacturer to correct the problem. A+ service!

But, beware that the displayed picture of the item is incorrect. The manufacturer, transolid, displays the same picture in their web site. The same misleading picture in amazon.com, walmart, and a few other places.This needs to be corrected.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!! I ordered a toilet seat from Faucet Town USA and it arrived cracked. By the looks of the shipping box it appears that UPS damaged it during transit. Great toilet seat, fast shipping. I couldn't be more pleased with the high quality toilet seat I purchased from Faucet Town USA. It has elegant brass trim - a step up from the toilet seat it replaced which had white plastic hinge covers. The toilet seat was promptly sent and arrived in perfect condition.
