The extra mile Faucet Town really does go above and beyond anything I would've expected. They made sure that I got my products quickly and without any hassle. Their faucets are absolutely amazing, and the range of choices available is mind boggling. I even picked up one of those automated vacuums after my initial purchase, because the price was just so good and, when combined with the customer service, there was no way they weren't going to get my return business.

But, beware that the displayed picture of the item is incorrect. The manufacturer, transolid, displays the same picture in their web site. The same misleading picture in amazon.com, walmart, and a few other places.This needs to be corrected.

Found them on E Bay Martin Bolofsky Smart, they had their Phone # listed....Called & spoke with Elena, & ordered 2 HTF Harvest Gold EX Close Plastic toilet seats, back in early November,,,Than I called back, recently, & spoke with Elena, & ordered a another Toilet Seat, to put away as a spare, if I should ever need it...Thanks, Marty

5-star Customer Service! I ordered an upscale toilet seat, and it is exactly what we had in mind for our bathroom project. However, one of the hinges had a slight loose feel about it, and I notified Faucet Town of the possible problem. Faucet Town asked for specifics, and a picture of the hinge in question. Without any hesitation, Faucet Town ordered a replacement part from the manufacturer to correct the problem. A+ service!

It has elegant brass trim - a step up from the toilet seat it replaced which had white plastic hinge covers. The toilet seat was promptly sent and arrived in perfect condition.
