Bad shipping experience My rating reflects the delivery method and condition, not the product. My delivery arrived yesterday with the box mangled and totally open, with half the box just left leaning up against the other half. I haven't yet been able to inspect it thoroughly and am just hoping none of the parts fell out of the box. Wish me luck.

Awesome Service & Products The package was delivered as expected. The chandelier was just like it was described on the web page. Some what easy to assemble. I had a little bit of frustration with posts, because there was no way to lock it in position. Other than that it hanging beautifully from the ceiling over the top of my dining table. "

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!! I ordered a toilet seat from Faucet Town USA and it arrived cracked. By the looks of the shipping box it appears that UPS damaged it during transit. I contacted Faucet Town USA via email with pictures and received an immediate reply and response. I want to thank Elena as she immediately sent me a replacement toilet seat at NO CHARGE! Talk about customer service at it's finest!!!
