great customer service After I placed my filter order for an existing vent, they emailed and called me to make sure I was ordering the right size for my unit. Turns out I hadn't and it saved me from receiving the wrong order. Really unexpected customer service!

Simply the best buying experience either on-line or over the phone I have ever had. I looked merchandise up on-line then purchased over the phone. I received great help from Elena especially after I had messed up and ordered one item wrong. She got this straightened out and everything was shipped and received on time with no delays.
