The same misleading picture in amazon.com, walmart, and a few other places.This needs to be corrected.

Fast Shipping; Quality Product Faucet Town USA has shown itself to be a reliable source of toilet seats and, presumably, whatever else they sell. Their price was reasonable and their shipping turned out to be much faster than they themselves predicted. The quality of the product is excellent.

The extra mile Faucet Town really does go above and beyond anything I would've expected. They made sure that I got my products quickly and without any hassle. Their faucets are absolutely amazing, and the range of choices available is mind boggling. I even picked up one of those automated vacuums after my initial purchase, because the price was just so good and, when combined with the customer service, there was no way they weren't going to get my return business.

EXCELLENT QUALITY All I bought was a toilet seat cover, but I had such a hard time finding a real enameled wood one in the right color. The hardware on it was even nicer than I expected. Bad shipping experience My rating reflects the delivery method and condition, not the product. My delivery arrived yesterday with the box mangled and totally open, with half the box just left leaning up against the other half. I haven't yet been able to inspect it thoroughly and am just hoping none of the parts fell out of the box. Wish me luck.
