great customer service After I placed my filter order for an existing vent, they emailed and called me to make sure I was ordering the right size for my unit. Turns out I hadn't and it saved me from receiving the wrong order. Really unexpected customer service!

Very nice material and construction Very nice material and construction, fast shipping, very professional packaging and the lowest price at the Faucet Town USA. But, beware that the displayed picture of the item is incorrect. The manufacturer, transolid, displays the same picture in their web site. The same misleading picture in amazon.com, walmart, and a few other places.This needs to be corrected.

EXCELLENT QUALITY All I bought was a toilet seat cover, but I had such a hard time finding a real enameled wood one in the right color. The hardware on it was even nicer than I expected. I thought the quality was excellent, the price very reasonable and the item arrived very quickly and safely. I will definitely shop here again.

5-star Customer Service! I ordered an upscale toilet seat, and it is exactly what we had in mind for our bathroom project. However, one of the hinges had a slight loose feel about it, and I notified Faucet Town of the possible problem. Faucet Town asked for specifics, and a picture of the hinge in question. Without any hesitation, Faucet Town ordered a replacement part from the manufacturer to correct the problem. A+ service!

Their faucets are absolutely amazing, and the range of choices available is mind boggling.
