Simply the best buying experience either on-line or over the phone I have ever had. I looked merchandise up on-line then purchased over the phone. I received great help from Elena especially after I had messed up and ordered one item wrong. She got this straightened out and everything was shipped and received on time with no delays. Friendly and Honest Customer Service The customer service staff at Faucet Town USA was extremely helpful. They addressed our issues immediately. Very nice material and construction Very nice material and construction, fast shipping, very professional packaging and the lowest price at the Faucet Town USA. But, beware that the displayed picture of the item is incorrect. The manufacturer, transolid, displays the same picture in their web site. The same misleading picture in amazon.com, walmart, and a few other places.This needs to be corrected.

Great Experience Was assisted by Alayna (sp?) with purchase of shower base and doors. She couldn't have been more helpful. She took the time to ask questions and understand what we needed for our bathroom project. She was thorough in describing everything, down to the handles on the doors. Faucet Town USA is lucky to have her. We received our merchandise in less time than expected. It's perfect...thank you!
