Great Quality and Great Customer Service I have to say - buying something for $5000 without seeing it is very stressful. The ONLY thing we regret is not reading the description fully (it was all there in black and white)! Jared was extremely responsive to emails and very accommodating when I realized I had forgotten to order something or something came damaged (VERY minor). The cabinets are excellent quality, real wood, and not flimsy at all. They are very sturdy and look great in our new kitchen!

Cabinet Line Discontinued Last Minute Notified me last minute that the cabinet line I was about to order had been discontinued. They even prompted me to order a door sample, which I did, then an hour later I find out the line has been taken off the market. Might have been an innocent mistake, but I did have to back pedal and go with my second choice of cabinets, which were much more expensive. RTA Direct could have handled this better.

Expect nonsense. Ordered the cabinets some months ago, finally at the point in rebuilding where it's time to put the kitchen together, the first one was good but the following three were used, full of stripped screw holes in critical places and missing pieces. We only have about a week left in our hotel so we have to hire a cabinet guy to come make sense of the mess we have now.

I was getting ready to remodel my… I was getting ready to remodel my kitchen and had very little experience on taking on a project this large. Jared was so patient and helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I was very needy at times and I appreciate how he guided me through it all and gave me suggestions that I would have never thought of on my own. A couple of the doors arrived cracked and Jared immediately replaced them so as not to hold up my contractor. It was such an easy experience and I was surprised at how much money I saved and the quality of my new cabinets!! Thank you so much and I will refer you with much praise and will definitely get my bathroom cabinets when the time comes. Much gratitude!!

I paid for overnight shipping and it came two days later. I paid for my piece to be overnighted and it arrived two days later. This delayed the project and when I called and spoke to Jared he blamed me. Not sure how that works. I will use Kitchen Cabinet Kings from now on who offer way better service. I believe I deserve a refund for the shipping.
