Need better communication about cabinet arrival I would have given four stars because of how quickly the order was filled and the cabinet quality. However, the communication was lacking as to when the shipment was to arrive. I was under the impression I would have been given a 24 hour notice when the cabinets would arrive. Did not hear anything until my neighbor called me to tell me the cabinets were sitting in the street next to the curb. Thankfully, no one bothered them and the weather was clear. Still need to open all the boxes, but they look to be in good shape. Everything that I ordered arrived.

Great service with a smile! We recently had our master bath remodeled and reached out to Jared at RTA Direct for the cabinets that we were searching for. We tried different stores and locally owned businesses but were more than pleased when we found RTA direct and decided they were the best. Very professional, polite, great prices, and he kept us informed about the process. When the cabinets came it was exactly what I ordered and was extremely happy with the process. I am very pleased with RTA Direct service and highly recommend.

Excellent customer service Both Jared and Lisa were very helpful and knowledgeable about kitchen design and installation. 5 stars for their professionalism and customer service. I’ve not received the RTA cabinets yet but from what I read, they are an excellent value. I’ll post back after delivery, assembly, fit and finish. Excellent product and customer service! This site is an amazing opportunity to get quality products at almost wholesale prices. The customer service was excellent as well. I would recommend going through RTA direct over the big box stores.

GREAT experience! Jared and Lisa from RTA direct went above and beyond my expectations. They were quick in responding to my inquiries, quick to return phone calls and extremely helpful in helping me design my kitchen. They even accommodated my delayed shipping request and last minute changes I needed to make to my order. I would most definitely recommend this company.
