Need better communication about cabinet arrival I would have given four stars because of how quickly the order was filled and the cabinet quality. However, the communication was lacking as to when the shipment was to arrive. I was under the impression I would have been given a 24 hour notice when the cabinets would arrive. Did not hear anything until my neighbor called me to tell me the cabinets were sitting in the street next to the curb. Thankfully, no one bothered them and the weather was clear. Still need to open all the boxes, but they look to be in good shape. Everything that I ordered arrived.

Expect nonsense. Ordered the cabinets some months ago, finally at the point in rebuilding where it's time to put the kitchen together, the first one was good but the following three were used, full of stripped screw holes in critical places and missing pieces. We only have about a week left in our hotel so we have to hire a cabinet guy to come make sense of the mess we have now.

Buying From start to finish Jared has been very detailed and helpful about helping me about my order, the process and response time was great! The design sample was on point and up to my standards and made my buying decision that much easier, also the prices where great compared to showrooms, again thanks for all your help jared!

Excellent product and customer service! This site is an amazing opportunity to get quality products at almost wholesale prices. The customer service was excellent as well. I would recommend going through RTA direct over the big box stores.

I paid for overnight shipping and it came two days later. I paid for my piece to be overnighted and it arrived two days later. This delayed the project and when I called and spoke to Jared he blamed me. Not sure how that works. I will use Kitchen Cabinet Kings from now on who offer way better service. I believe I deserve a refund for the shipping.
