Great Quality and Great Customer Service I have to say - buying something for $5000 without seeing it is very stressful. The ONLY thing we regret is not reading the description fully (it was all there in black and white)! Jared was extremely responsive to emails and very accommodating when I realized I had forgotten to order something or something came damaged (VERY minor). The cabinets are excellent quality, real wood, and not flimsy at all. They are very sturdy and look great in our new kitchen!

I am so happy with my cabinets I am so happy with my cabinets! The quality exceeded my expectations. Lisa was amazing and pulled together a great design. She found ways to keep me on budget by using standard products that made my kitchen look even more customized and addressed all my wants. I had some damage from the carrier, again Lisa gave me great guidance before the carrier arrived on what to do when the carrier got their. Due to her great communication, I got things documented with the carrier. After that Jared jumped through hoops to ensure I got all my damaged product replaced and that I was satisfied. Need better communication about cabinet arrival I would have given four stars because of how quickly the order was filled and the cabinet quality. However, the communication was lacking as to when the shipment was to arrive. I was under the impression I would have been given a 24 hour notice when the cabinets would arrive. Did not hear anything until my neighbor called me to tell me the cabinets were sitting in the street next to the curb. Thankfully, no one bothered them and the weather was clear. Still need to open all the boxes, but they look to be in good shape. Everything that I ordered arrived.

Best Quality Wood Cabinets We did a ton of research on wood cabinets. The cabinet quality is the best we found, and we appreciate the constant timely communication on the design ideas. The shipping was amazing and dropped in our garage because we had it all ready and emptied. Our kitchen is now the best in town! It is truly Pintrest worthy. The payment plan was ideal to finance the project over 6 months.

GREAT experience! Jared and Lisa from RTA direct went above and beyond my expectations. They were quick in responding to my inquiries, quick to return phone calls and extremely helpful in helping me design my kitchen. They even accommodated my delayed shipping request and last minute changes I needed to make to my order. I would most definitely recommend this company.
