Ordered 2 openers Ordered 2 openers. First one broke second use. The plastic shaft popped out and disappeared. Went to Lowes, got a 1/4 inch bronze bushing,machine screw,washers and a lock nut to fix it. After this 5 dollar fix it works great.

Love this Love this, had to go back to website to be sure how to open. Was using this on Cook's champagne to add to orange juice. Cap is plastic but it has a cork stopper so did find directions confusing as it said to leave wire on cork. Anyway got it open with ease " I have never been able to open this on my own. Yippee !
