Champagne Opener I highly recommend buying from this Company. These folks are attentive and take care of their customers. We have ordered Champagne Openers from them in the past. For ourselves as well as several for gifts. We recently ordered a Champagne Opener as a gift and then decided we wanted to take advantage of the Buy1, Get 1 Offer they had. I submitted an email request asking if we could change our order to take advantage of this offer about 20-30 minutes after submitting our original order and without hesitation, they updated our order. They not only sent the first package to whom it was originally intended for but sent us the second one to us with no additional shipping charges. The Best Out There! I purchased my Champagne opener back in 1985. I have used that opener consistently since then. This opener is, without a doubt, the best champagne opener out there. They are made so sturdy and mine has lasted me 35 years so far. I lost a piece of metal on the opener recently that assists in the opening of the bottle. I sent it back With a letter stating what had happened. I received a phone call from Cleve, the owner, congratulating me on the age and life of the opener. He is sending me another one. They have such good customer care. They are very kind and their product is definitely the best! I highly recommend!

Received good help Immediately. When I was placing my order I made a mistake and ordered twice as many of The Champagne Opener than I meant to order. I sent an email to Champagne Products explaining my problem. I received an immediate message telling me not to worry because they corrected the number ordered to the amount that I intended to order. The order arrived in good condition. I have had the Champagne Opener almost 2 months now and really like how great up opens Champagne and wine bottles. I have given several away as gifts to friends.

Ordered 2 openers Ordered 2 openers. First one broke second use. The plastic shaft popped out and disappeared. Went to Lowes, got a 1/4 inch bronze bushing,machine screw,washers and a lock nut to fix it. After this 5 dollar fix it works great.
