Ordered 2 openers Ordered 2 openers. First one broke second use. The plastic shaft popped out and disappeared. Went to Lowes, got a 1/4 inch bronze bushing,machine screw,washers and a lock nut to fix it. After this 5 dollar fix it works great.

Received good help Immediately. When I was placing my order I made a mistake and ordered twice as many of The Champagne Opener than I meant to order. I sent an email to Champagne Products explaining my problem. I received an immediate message telling me not to worry because they corrected the number ordered to the amount that I intended to order. The order arrived in good condition. I have had the Champagne Opener almost 2 months now and really like how great up opens Champagne and wine bottles. I have given several away as gifts to friends.

The very best…I love it! I can't believe I found your product on the internet! I've been looking for some online, in stores, etc. to give as gifts. I purchased mine years ago (1970's or 80's) and am still using it. It's the ONLY one that works with no work! Hooray! I might even get myself a new one, but why? Mine still works great! Champagne Opener I recently ordered The Champagne Opener Twin Pack as I needed an opener that would work on those pesky, hard plastic, champagne corks. I thought I was going to have to give up my favorite champagne because I had trouble getting the cork out. I immediately went out and bought a bottle to try the openers and I couldn't believe how easily the plastic cork came out. I am totally impressed at how well these openers work.
