Best Customer Service hands down! I purchased a 5 piece knife set for my husband for Christmas and we absolutely love it. Had a small issue with the pairing knife handle cracking so I contacted the company to see what could be done. They were fast to email me back, within 2 hrs of my original email and explained that this definitely shouldn't have happened. They shipped me out a replacement in less than 12 hours from my original email....absolutely stellar customer service! Crazy sharp, and great customer service Excellent knives, great price. I ordered 6 knives, one for each of my family members, and one for myself. The Christmas day deal was buy 2 get 1 free, so 6 knives for the price of 4... Then when I received my package in the mail, there was an extra knife in there with a hand written note saying,"here's a gift, Merry Christmas!". As far as the craftsmanship, they are very cool looking, cuts vegetables fruits meats and even your finger tips paper thin with ease if you're not careful. If I had one complaint it's that on the website it looks like the knives are very rustic, with that blackened steel look, but up close is evident that that's just printed on after being forged and sharpened, but that's pretty minor, they're super sharp, still look way cooler than any of my other knives feel great in the hand and cherry on top is that the company's from BC where I was born and raised and still live today

The filet knife I received seem to be… The filet knife I received seem to be high quality I may be spoiled as I bought shun kitchens knives and the filet knife isn't a third the price but mine was very dull and the shuns were so much sharper maybe mine slipped by but in the future I would like to see a sharper one if I buy another
