Best Customer Service hands down! I purchased a 5 piece knife set for my husband for Christmas and we absolutely love it. Had a small issue with the pairing knife handle cracking so I contacted the company to see what could be done. They were fast to email me back, within 2 hrs of my original email and explained that this definitely shouldn't have happened. They shipped me out a replacement in less than 12 hours from my original email....absolutely stellar customer service!
