Best Customer Service hands down! I purchased a 5 piece knife set for my husband for Christmas and we absolutely love it. Had a small issue with the pairing knife handle cracking so I contacted the company to see what could be done. They were fast to email me back, within 2 hrs of my original email and explained that this definitely shouldn't have happened. They shipped me out a replacement in less than 12 hours from my original email....absolutely stellar customer service! Highly recommended these guys, they are top notch to work with and put out an exemplary product!

Ordered 2 knives to try something… Ordered 2 knives to try something different because I love cooking. The 1st one is the santoku explorer series, I love the shape, the weight, the look , the handle is comfortable and it is very sharp. The 2nd one I purchased was the 8" chef knife explorer series also. Also very nice and and sharp. Both knives came individually in a nice box and shopping was very fast considering that I'm on the opposite coast. Cost was very affordable.I recommend this product

Amazing knives and customer service! I ordered the Wildrose Damascus 5 piece knife set for myself and an Explorer 6” for my Dad. The knives are a thing of beauty and wicked sharp! The Explorer arrived with a defect and Katie worked quickly to make the situation right so that I could gift it to my Dad in time for Christmas. High-quality knives I'm absolutely thrilled with the Explorer set! The santoku knife and chef's knife are both fantastic and allow me to slice through meats and veggies like butter. The bread knife is also excellent and slices through everything from crusty bread to juicy tomatoes. The wooden handles are beautiful and comfortable to grip, and the set comes in a sleek and stylish package that really impresses. The only downside is that I wish the explorer collection included steak knives as well. Overall, I highly recommend this set to anyone looking for high-quality knives that will elevate their cooking game.
