Amazing knives and customer service! I ordered the Wildrose Damascus 5 piece knife set for myself and an Explorer 6” for my Dad. The knives are a thing of beauty and wicked sharp! The Explorer arrived with a defect and Katie worked quickly to make the situation right so that I could gift it to my Dad in time for Christmas. Ordered 2 knives to try something… Ordered 2 knives to try something different because I love cooking. The 1st one is the santoku explorer series, I love the shape, the weight, the look , the handle is comfortable and it is very sharp. The 2nd one I purchased was the 8" chef knife explorer series also. Also very nice and and sharp. Both knives came individually in a nice box and shopping was very fast considering that I'm on the opposite coast. Cost was very affordable.I recommend this product
