Being a business owner myself I commend the promptness and customer service. I received my knives and I’m absolutely blown away. The quality of the blade and sharpness far exceeds what I expected. I will definitely be ordering more in the future to replace all my kitchen knives.

GBHighly disappointed. I ordered my knives at the beginning of December as a gift. 3 of 5 were shipped and I was told then that the other two and knife block were out of stock. It would be 1-2 weeks. That was on the 13th. Then I was told "after January 2" but that I should have the knife block before Christmas still... Now we are on the 26th of December, still no more knives and the block came in today broken in half. I message and they said "we dont typically have customer service through Christmas" well thats wonderful because today is the 26th so whats the excuse now? These are not cheap. The quality of knife is actually really good... but customer service is absolutely terrible. I was told "can you actually check your emails" when I HAVE been checking my emails. NONE of them make sense or line up. So frustrating. ** UPDATE ** While I stand by my frustration for the way that my order was handled, I would like to update that the customer service team did reach out after my review and my complaints and they sent out a new knife block that arrive unbroken and an additional knife for the trouble I had. I finally received all of my knife set mid January. We are happy with the quality of the knives. It was just a disaster when ordering.

GBThe filet knife I received seem to be… The filet knife I received seem to be high quality I may be spoiled as I bought shun kitchens knives and the filet knife isn't a third the price but mine was very dull and the shuns were so much sharper maybe mine slipped by but in the future I would like to see a sharper one if I buy another
