Outstanding customer service The experience with this company has been hands down great. Great customer service, even on Christmas Day. Being a business owner myself I commend the promptness and customer service. I received my knives and I’m absolutely blown away. The quality of the blade and sharpness far exceeds what I expected. The filet knife I received seem to be… The filet knife I received seem to be high quality I may be spoiled as I bought shun kitchens knives and the filet knife isn't a third the price but mine was very dull and the shuns were so much sharper maybe mine slipped by but in the future I would like to see a sharper one if I buy another
