The appeal of the knives was what… The appeal of the knives was what caught our attention, and the price seemed good. I'm not someone that knows anything about knife weight and whatever other characteristics people care about, so I can't leave an educated review on the effectiveness of the knives; however, what they did do is make me want to cook more, and actually do it well, and those are two qualities of cooking I've never been inspired to improve at. I don't know why having a few of these knives in my kitchen would make such a difference, but it's gotten me reading books, which is a feat in itself. Thanks Forged Blade, you make awesome stuff!

Beautiful and Functional Knives I ordered two knives. One of the knives arrived new in the box with a loose handle. I contacted The Forged Blade about the defective knife and they personally called me and resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction.
