The Explorer arrived with a defect and Katie worked quickly to make the situation right so that I could gift it to my Dad in time for Christmas. The filet knife I received seem to be… The filet knife I received seem to be high quality I may be spoiled as I bought shun kitchens knives and the filet knife isn't a third the price but mine was very dull and the shuns were so much sharper maybe mine slipped by but in the future I would like to see a sharper one if I buy another
