Being a business owner myself I commend the promptness and customer service. I received my knives and I’m absolutely blown away. The quality of the blade and sharpness far exceeds what I expected. Best Customer Service hands down! I purchased a 5 piece knife set for my husband for Christmas and we absolutely love it. Had a small issue with the pairing knife handle cracking so I contacted the company to see what could be done. They were fast to email me back, within 2 hrs of my original email and explained that this definitely shouldn't have happened. They shipped me out a replacement in less than 12 hours from my original email....absolutely stellar customer service! Highly recommended these guys, they are top notch to work with and put out an exemplary product!

The filet knife I received seem to be… The filet knife I received seem to be high quality I may be spoiled as I bought shun kitchens knives and the filet knife isn't a third the price but mine was very dull and the shuns were so much sharper maybe mine slipped by but in the future I would like to see a sharper one if I buy another
