High-quality knives I'm absolutely thrilled with the Explorer set! The santoku knife and chef's knife are both fantastic and allow me to slice through meats and veggies like butter. The bread knife is also excellent and slices through everything from crusty bread to juicy tomatoes. The wooden handles are beautiful and comfortable to grip, and the set comes in a sleek and stylish package that really impresses. The only downside is that I wish the explorer collection included steak knives as well.
