The appeal of the knives was what… The appeal of the knives was what caught our attention, and the price seemed good. I'm not someone that knows anything about knife weight and whatever other characteristics people care about, so I can't leave an educated review on the effectiveness of the knives; however, what they did do is make me want to cook more, and actually do it well, and those are two qualities of cooking I've never been inspired to improve at.
