GBGreat service We have first American warranty for the past 5 or 6 years and have had problems with our microwave, dishwasher, air conditioner, dryer, and furnace. They fixed all of these. They also send people from sears home service and the are very experienced.

GBExtremely disappointed If I could leave zero stars, I would do so. I scheduled a repair appointment for the afternoon time slot. I took the afternoon off of work. I waited. I waited some more with notifications through text that my technician was two stops away, then one stop away. At 4:51 (the time frame is between 1 and 5) I receive a call that the technician is unavailable and my appointment must be rescheduled. Excuse me? I realize times are different now and workers are getting harder to find, leaving those who are working over-burdened… but you couldn’t notify me sooner? Highly unprofessional, terrible customer service.

GBSteve from Sears Appliance Repair was knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient. Steve from Sears Appliance Repair was knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. He entertained questions about the microwave, how it works, and how to keep it running for another 20 years. I actually enjoyed my time with him because other technicians are bothered by customers who hang around, not Steve. If I ever need more help from your service I’d welcome for Steve to come back. You have a great technician and also a great person working for you

GBNo more leak! I was super impressed with the professionalism of this technician. He took the time to explain all the issues that he found, and he was able to repair them in a timely manner. He even went so far as to discuss with me why he felt these appliances would last me a long time. I think when a technician truly cares, it comes out in the work they do. I will definitely be calling Sears home services again.
