GBRefrigerator Repair Wahidullah was polite, professional, and very nice. He seemed to know his job very well and answered any questions we had. He is a top-notch technician and an invaluable asset to the Sears Home Services team. He is someone Sears would be wise to keep as a technician. If we need service again, I will demand Sears send Wahidullah to fix our problem. He has been one of the best technicians we have had.

GBI have had the Sears Home Warranty for over 5 years I have had the Sears Home Warranty for 5 years. Some times troubles, but this was during Covid. The Sears Techs were here to help during this time, and since then as well with my appliances. If needing to reschedule, would let me know.. Otherwise, the professional people being scheduled for the work to be done on my dishwasher and refrigerator has been worth the monthly payment. thank you

GBNever showed up for a requested repair… Never showed up for a requested repair appointment. Could not call a technician, all I got was a phone number for an automated message system. Appointment time was 8am-5pm!!! All day and no notifications to close in on a closer time of arrival... I tried 6 different numbers for this company, and they all redirected me to the same automatic message. No customer service! Changed contractor for my repair. Going with a company that cares enough to reach out and let me know whether they were coming or not!

GBSteve from Sears Appliance Repair was knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient. Steve from Sears Appliance Repair was knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. He entertained questions about the microwave, how it works, and how to keep it running for another 20 years. I actually enjoyed my time with him because other technicians are bothered by customers who hang around, not Steve. If I ever need more help from your service I’d welcome for Steve to come back. You have a great technician and also a great person working for you

GBDifficult to cancel if you need to. Update: I was finally able to reach a live agent who said he would cancel and there would be no charge. I don’t yet have confirmation, but one can hope. The current rating is an average of my most recent experience (5 stars— Thank you, Pablo!) and the many, many prior attempts, reported earlier as follows: I want to give less than 1 star! It’s impossible to cancel the appointments. I’ve been trying for three days and have called 10 different numbers. I even spoke to a couple of people, who proceeded to pass me along to computer menus going nowhere. I truly regret that honest workmen (women?) will arrive and find no one available! Website efforts will only get error messages! Just awful! P.S. I continued to get notifications of upcoming appointments even after cancellation, so waited again to text with a “live agent,” who assured me that I can ignore these notifications. If all goes as promised, I will delete this review and trust that the problems are due mainly to website issues.
