GBWebs site was well organized and easy… Webs site was well organized and easy to navigate. I ordered a knife case, it shipped within a two days. After inspecting my new case, it’s Pitt together well. It looks and feels solid and looks exactly like the picture on the web site. I received follow up within a couple days to make sure I was happy with my order. I’ll be looking at their knives soon.

GBAmazing knives and even more impressive customer service I ordered a set of knives from my granddaughters wedding gift wish list. For some reason USPS said they were undeliverable. I contacted the company by email and told them what was happening and within a very short period they told me they would be able to resend the knives again. Not only were they fast to reply, they were fast on resending the knives once they received them. She is extremely happy and sent me a picture. They are beautiful knives.

GBA fine Damascus tool for a rustic wedding… I have been looking for a fine Damascus tool to use for a cake cutting knife at my upcoming wedding ceremony that looked like it might be in place in a 1700-1840's environment (long story; another time). I tried 4 knifes on 3 different cake styles. I like Dahlia Carver-Slicer the best. I like the feel of the blade and how it handles, even when not cutting cakes. Nice around the grill. Nicely balanced.

GBKnives are terrible unfortunately… Knives are terrible unfortunately they're all looks I wrote an email in detail explaining why. Basically they are sharp but the bezel is to wide and low, so it hits whatever you're trying to cut crushing it before the cut is complete.
