A fine Damascus tool for a rustic wedding… I have been looking for a fine Damascus tool to use for a cake cutting knife at my upcoming wedding ceremony that looked like it might be in place in a 1700-1840's environment (long story; another time). I tried 4 knifes on 3 different cake styles. I like Dahlia Carver-Slicer the best. I like the feel of the blade and how it handles, even when not cutting cakes. Nice around the grill. Nicely balanced.

Knives are terrible unfortunately… Knives are terrible unfortunately they're all looks I wrote an email in detail explaining why. Basically they are sharp but the bezel is to wide and low, so it hits whatever you're trying to cut crushing it before the cut is complete.

Just order them already!! You will not be disappointed!! Wanted to reach out and leave a review for FoldedSteel as they are truly a great company that stands behind their products!! I got my butcher knife set for Father's… I got my butcher knife set for Father's day and I think they are more awesome in my hands than in the pictures all though a bit to pricey I am a chef by trade and will be putting them to the test big-time I think if you would take off $100 off the steak knife set n board I would buy it in a heartbeat to make the set complete.
