GBKendra Petty's service is EXCELLENT!! We have bought a good number of equipment from Shortorder. In every case, the service including information about the equipment, shipment tracking, billing, and everything was very professional and very clear. Whenever we had problems: wrong item delivered, bent equipment received, thank god we got help from Kendra Petty. Her excellent responsive disposition makes it for sure that we order again from Shortorder.com. We have two concerns however: The shipping company employees do not want to give us time to inspect the item before accepting it, and the high frequency of damaged equipment that we have to return. So it seems to me that shipping issues needs some addressing.

GBtotal botch I ordered a 1000 lb/day 3 phase mini-cube ice machine. They sent a 600 lb, single phase unit. I was desparate for ice so I installed it and then had to deal with getting the correct one sent, which to their credit they did in a timely fashion.

GBI got sent nat gas and had ordered LP I am disappointed that I was sent the wrong char broiler! Yes it can be converted ,however, we should not have to spend time on this or extra money. I will call on Monday(5-16-16).
