GBA Great Experience After working with all the other representatives for Beverage Air, this was a real pleasure. I tried to order from the local rep and then from one of the big online stores. Complete failure even after they accepted my order and credit card and then cancelled. I contacted Beverage Air directly and they pointed me towards Shortorder. One call to them and working with Kendra, my order was placed and on its way. There was one small issue in shipping, but all it took was 1 phone call and resolved, no issues. I would definitely do this all over again. This was a great experience.

GBtotal botch I ordered a 1000 lb/day 3 phase mini-cube ice machine. They sent a 600 lb, single phase unit. I was desparate for ice so I installed it and then had to deal with getting the correct one sent, which to their credit they did in a timely fashion.

GBWaited 4 weeks to habe fedex tell me my 2 keg fridges are damaged beyond repair. Bad experience. I ordered my equipment and was told it would ship next day. 3 weeks later if shipped, and was destroyed. I'm still waiting for my equipment. Save time and headaches and order anywhere else.

GBMisunderstanding. Company made it right I ordered a Beverage Air bar back BB72Y-1-B refrigerator. I assumed based on the picture on shortorder's website that it came with a countertop. It did not. Company accepted a return with full refund. Good people. Would do business again.
