GBGood deal I found on TikTok I ordered a towel warming bucket from an ad I saw on TikTok. It took 13 days for my order to arrive which was a little disappointing, but they were nice enough to refund the extra costs I paid for expedited shipping due to the delays. The product itself is great, i'm glad I ordered one. Also, customer support was great and I got an email reply within a few hours both times I asked for an update on my package.

GBWHERE IS MY ORDER?? IDK 🤷♂️ I ordered the towel warmer on February 12th it said typically ships in 3-4 business days. By February 17th it still had not shipped so i sent an email asking for the status of my order. 1 hour later i got an email saying a shipping label had been created. Later i got an email confirming my product was being shipped. On February 25th there still had been no change to the order tracker on usps so i again sent an email asking for a status update on my order. 2 days later i got a response saying it was being shipped from overseas and they had no way of tracking it until it was received by usps. Now it is march 16th and there still is no change on the usps order tracker. I have sent an email everyday for the last 4 days asking for a refund because the product was a gift for my wifes birthday and it has come and past. I still have no response. im probably out $140.

GBGood customer support Good customer support! FedEx said my package was delivered but it was not. I contacted Ellure and they shipped me a replacement. I can't review my purchase yet because it is not yet installed but I will update once that happens.
