Scam & wont respond to issues Twice I received broken merchandise and now they will not respond to me about a refund or even online store credit even though I've contacted them more than 10 times! I think this place is a scam. Do not use them! I've reported them to the BBB, and they can't even do anything since they aren't a 'real' store.
