BUYER BEWARE…..I ordered lights for my… BUYER BEWARE…..I ordered lights for my front porch because I was renovating my home. I spent $429.00 and Within 3 months of installation one of the lights I noticed a couple of the LEDs starting flashing like it was going out. Within a couple of weeks the left light is completely out (blown). On August 12,2022 I wrote to Olivia at Ellure and never got a response. I sent another email on Aug. 24th and today is September 8, 2022 and still no response. I’ve called their customer service number and left a message but as of this date no return call. This company is a scam!

Good customer support Good customer support! FedEx said my package was delivered but it was not. I contacted Ellure and they shipped me a replacement. I can't review my purchase yet because it is not yet installed but I will update once that happens.

Absolutely do not order from this… Absolutely do not order from this scamming company. Spent $3,600 on light fixtures that arrived completely broke and not as described. The lights were advertised as exterior lights and really are interior lights. They will not respond to me emails, they don’t answer the phone. If you order from this company you will get scammed out of your money.

Good deal I found on TikTok I ordered a towel warming bucket from an ad I saw on TikTok. It took 13 days for my order to arrive which was a little disappointing, but they were nice enough to refund the extra costs I paid for expedited shipping due to the delays. The product itself is great, i'm glad I ordered one. Also, customer support was great and I got an email reply within a few hours both times I asked for an update on my package.

Great shop Super fast shipping, ordered some home decor items (chunky pillow and tabletop fire pit) and they arrived undamaged and were a lot higher quality than I was expecting off of an online store. Great store 10/10.
