I will use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again without hesitation It has been a long road for our whole house remodel and we are finally getting to the end. We wanted the kitchen to be one of the main focal points of the home. We chose Kitchen Cabinet Kings over custom cabinets because the price was significantly less than custom and my son had used Kitchen Cabinet Kings before with great success on a smaller project. To give me a better feel for the quality, I ordered samples early on. I have to say, the cabinets matched the samples sent and are beautiful. The hardware exceeded my expectations and the design service is excellent and well worth it. I've spent a year going back and forth on designs and Rebecca their design consultant was extremely helpful. I gave her my appliance choices and she easily found cabinets that work perfectly in the design I wanted. She sent me drawings, layouts and everything I needed to ensure the product matched my specifications. The customer service is equally excellent. I received some damaged items in shipment and they were all replaced very quickly no questions asked. Even follow up questions are answered quickly and correctly. Assembly was simple. I would, without hesitation, use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and I will certainly recommend them to anyone considering options to custom built cabinets.

Two projects - Unending quality service!! I've used Kitchen Cabinet Kings on two projects now. One was very quick and handled seamlessly. The other was held up on our side with a kitchen remodel that went on for years. The service was never ending from the Kitchen Cabinet Kings team. They went above and beyond and helped us immensely. We live in a remote part of the states and shipping is challenging. Everyone we dealt with is wonderful. We'll never buy cabinets from another resource. Thank you so much for the thoughtful designs on our projects!!

Horrible company Horrible company. Cabinets are crap if you Ever receive them. Been waiting since 1/6/22 it’s now 8/9/22 and still don’t have a complete set of undamaged cabinets. They don’t communicate what’s so ever. Worst purchase I ever made. Wolf cabinets are crap. Doors fall off, cabinets crack, horrible finish. And kitchen cabinets kings calls them custom. Just horrible all around. And they don’t care one bit if your satisfied. They only offer a $500 credit for the months of BS and aggravation they put you through. I can’t say horrible enough. I wish I could speak to the owners on the crap they are selling and the poor service and customer service they deliver. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere. Save yourself a ton of aggravation. I hate this company!!!!!! No other way to say it.

The pictures of the cabinets grossly… The pictures of the cabinets grossly misrepresent the product you will receive. Go elsewhere! The shaker cabinets I received have a massive gap between the drawer/door panel and shaker pieces surrounding it, allowing for dust and food to gather in these gaps. I can easily drop a dime into this gap. Imagine spilling wine and how much this gap will hold! Impossible to clean without a butter knife and rag and scratching. I called regarding this and was told “that gap is in all shaker cabinets, it’s just the way they all are”.. as if I’ve never seen shaker cabinets before and don’t know this is wrong and poor construction. To return, I’m responsible for shipping arrangements and cost and also a 25% restocking fee. I’m pretty much screwed. I’ll be leaving pictures and reviews everywhere I can so hopefully no one else makes the mistake of spending thousands on disappointment.

Great quality and value When someone walks into my kitchen and says "Wow, this is beautiful", I know that I made the right decision to buy from KCK. I am very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the overall value for the price. My kitchen came out beautifully. I would have given a 5-star review if it wasn't for the lack of instructions on how to build and assemble the cabinet and panels for the refrigerator. If you are a DIY'er like I am, make sure that you understand how to build these out on your own. I had to hire a contractor to do this piece.
