I will use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again without hesitation It has been a long road for our whole house remodel and we are finally getting to the end. We wanted the kitchen to be one of the main focal points of the home. We chose Kitchen Cabinet Kings over custom cabinets because the price was significantly less than custom and my son had used Kitchen Cabinet Kings before with great success on a smaller project. To give me a better feel for the quality, I ordered samples early on. I have to say, the cabinets matched the samples sent and are beautiful. The hardware exceeded my expectations and the design service is excellent and well worth it. I've spent a year going back and forth on designs and Rebecca their design consultant was extremely helpful. I gave her my appliance choices and she easily found cabinets that work perfectly in the design I wanted. She sent me drawings, layouts and everything I needed to ensure the product matched my specifications. The customer service is equally excellent. I received some damaged items in shipment and they were all replaced very quickly no questions asked. Even follow up questions are answered quickly and correctly. Assembly was simple. I would, without hesitation, use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and I will certainly recommend them to anyone considering options to custom built cabinets.

Great quality and value When someone walks into my kitchen and says "Wow, this is beautiful", I know that I made the right decision to buy from KCK. I am very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the overall value for the price. My kitchen came out beautifully. I would have given a 5-star review if it wasn't for the lack of instructions on how to build and assemble the cabinet and panels for the refrigerator. If you are a DIY'er like I am, make sure that you understand how to build these out on your own. I had to hire a contractor to do this piece.

Two projects - Unending quality service!! I've used Kitchen Cabinet Kings on two projects now. One was very quick and handled seamlessly. The other was held up on our side with a kitchen remodel that went on for years. The service was never ending from the Kitchen Cabinet Kings team. They went above and beyond and helped us immensely. We live in a remote part of the states and shipping is challenging. Everyone we dealt with is wonderful. We'll never buy cabinets from another resource. First time i bought cabinets here i was… First time i bought cabinets here i was very happy w the products, they arrived on a freight truck. The second time i ordered cabinets, they were dropped off by fed ex and sat for several days because i was out of town. Several of the boxes were damaged beyond repair even with the ten or so rolls of tape that fed ex used. customer service said i should have filed a claim with fed ex. No, i'll buy elsewhere!

Go Gramercy! We bought gramercy white rta cabinets for a 10x10 kitchen using a 20% off coupon. Price was much better than local big box atore as was the selection. My contractor was very impressed! All wood construction, easy assembly, and finishes were great. The corner cabinet had been open and repacked and was missing clips. Customer service sent new ones after we emailed photos and spoke with a rep about the problem. The assembly directions are extremely vague, and in some boxes missing. Being a visionary with a good sense of building is a must for assembly.
